World Poetry Call for Peace Poems for our International Peace Festival !
Poets from Eight Countries plan on attending.
Poem guidelines:
Poems need to be dedicated to peace or for peace.
One page only, two pages in another language
Deadline: April 15th , 2012,
Poems need to have copyright © and include the name of poet and country.
All selected poems will be put on display at the Richmond Cultural Centre during the International Peace festival at the Richmond Cultural Centre,100, 7000 Minoru Gate, Richmond, BC, Canada.

Classes and schools are welcome to participate.
Selected poems will be read on the World Poetry Café Radio Show, CFRO, and 102.7 FM in Vancouver British Columbia. If possible they will be included in an e-book.

One selected gift poem will be presented to each person attending.
Selection of gift poem will be by World Poetry and The City of Richmond. If you want to enter your poem as a gift poem, please mark it as a possible gift poem.
It is a opportunity to participate in bringing the World Together in Peace.
The World Poetry Prayer and Meditation Circle is asking that interested participants pray for peace or meditate on peace during the months of April and May. They are also asking that participants give out at least one of their peace poems per day during the months of April and May. You will be notified if your poem is selected for display and or a gift poem.
